Lloyds £100 bank account incentive

I have a couple of questions regarding their latest incentive to join up to Lloyds. One of the criteria the account holder must meet to waive the £3 fee is that £1500 must be paid in per month. Does this mean i can transfer over £1500 into my lloyds account and back out the same day to avoid the fee?
Secondly. Is it £1500 every 28 days or each calendar month?
Thanks
