Can someone please help me? I booked a Holiday with ‘Love Holidays’ for June 2nd which was cancelled due to Covid-19. Since June I decided to take a voucher offered by ‘Love H’ for the accommodation. Now here is the problem ‘Ryanair’ have just sent random emails with the same information. Within this email there is an option for refund, which I select every time, but I have yet to receive any payment. I have written to Ryanair customer services but never get a reply. Where do I stand with this? Can someone please advise?
