Advice on CST Law “Letter Before Claim” - Scotland

Hello
I’m looking for advice on how to proceed with the “Letter Before Claim” I received from CST Law. Please see picture below.
From reading some of the forums on this website, I’m aware that the process is different for those living in Scotland but with there being so much information out there I feel a bit overwhelmed and unsure how to proceed in my case so that’s why I’ve started my own thread.

All the parking charges are from the same retail park. I’ve ignored everything up until now as I wasn’t sure what to do. Any help would be very much appreciated! I have have also contacted Citizens Advice Bureau, so I hope to hear from them shortly.

Ludicrous amount of money; hugely inflated. Ignore it and read the CST Law group thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Scotland is not an easy place for CST. YOU WILL NEVER NAME THE DRIVER
CST have added fake amounts and most of all, THEY CANNOT BE INSTRUCTED BY DRP
All explained here and how to respond to them. This is a letter before claim so you respond as seen in this threadCST letters' forum group thread

five parking tickets, even at the maximum of £100 , is £500 , not what is on that ludicrous letter , the added pcn charges are not lawful , Smart are having a laugha keeper has no liability in Scotland, so no naming the driveras mentioned above, read the CST LAW letters thread, where everyone else has similar letters, its part of the econimcs of covid19 , chasing old invoices for alleged breach of contract and inflating the figures3

Pure desperation Redx, highly possible that CST are too ?Redx said:Smart are having a laugh
I don't recall seeing a response from CST to their rubbish letters. It is still difficult to understand what planet the writer of this letter comes from ? Should I say WHAT VILLAGE2 -
I think you mean that a village is missing it's idiot ... said person having gone to work for CST. 😂3

There are two PCNs for one date - 19/06 - how did that happen?
Given there's a run of tickets over consecutive days is there any reason why (don't inadvertently identify the driver in responding)? Are you aware of any more PCNs from Smart in the pipeline? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
