I think they were called "Data Controllers" prior to May 2018.3

So, quick update:
1- I have tried to contact my employer at the time to get confirmation I was at work at the time the PCN was raised (as far as I know, if someone else was driving the vehicle, I am not liable). No luck so far but I'll continue, it's just a matter of speaking with someone and with Covid, things are a bit wonky everywhere
2- I raised a formal complaint with BPA and now have a complaint number form them.
3- I sent an email to the DPO of Group Nexus (who owns CP Plus) following the guideline of the newbie post.
4- I am wondering whether I should send the following email to the only email address I have for CP Plus (their complaints one). This is a forward of the email I initially sent so it remains in context for whomever reads it._____
Good afternoon,I received yesterday a letter from debt collectors regarding this PCN and inform you a formal complaint has been raised with BPA regarding this (BPA-abcdef):- Aside from an automated email I received after sending my initial email (below), no communication was initiated by CP Plus. This charge is therefore still on hold.
- No POPLA number was issued
- My complaint was obviously ignored and/or not dealt with in a proper and timely fashion.
- Despite my complaint highlighting my new address, CP Plus seem to have failed updating their system with it as your debt collectors tried to initially contact me at my previous address
Considering I could not have been at your car park at the time this PCN was raised (I was at work), your disregard in following the legal procedures in place (no POPLA number issued) and your lack of timely management of the situation, I request this PCN to be dropped. Please contact me to confirm this or discuss this should you disagree. You can contact me by email or by phone (07xxxxxxxxx).Best regards,_____
The idea is to make sure they understand I have turned the temperature to "simmer" and have no issue raising it to "boiling hot". All I expect from this is for them to initiate communication so we can resolve this without having to go to Court (I have better things to do with my time). What do you reckon?
Thank you all for your help.1 - Aside from an automated email I received after sending my initial email (below), no communication was initiated by CP Plus. This charge is therefore still on hold.

I hope that is not your real phone number in your last post!1
