I use a load of Youtube Fitness channels.
Some of my favourites are:
Yoga with Adriene - if you want to try Yoga at home her channel is amazing. She is from the USA so some of her introductions can be a bit kooky but she explains the positioning so well and has so many videos now that you can easily do one a day. If you subscribe to her newsletter she also emails you a calendar each month you can use to follow along (https://www.youtube.com/c/yogawithadriene).
Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone - Leslie Sansone is another US trainer but all of her workouts are fitness based - during lockdown I got my mum doing some of these (https://www.youtube.com/c/LeslieSansonesWalkatHome)
Popsugar Fitness - probably more intense and dance based but have plenty of options of different styles to try - https://www.youtube.com/c/POPSUGARFitness
Lionsgate BeFit - another channel which has a variety of fitness videos to try out. https://www.youtube.com/c/LionsgateBeFit
Have also used Fitness Blender and Has Fit as suggested by @ruby_eskimo and @Ibizafan
Hope these help you out as well!0 -

johnman4567 said:ATHLEAN-X on youtube is good, provide good information & help me to transform by bodyDepends what you're wanting out of it. If you want to flop about a bit and lift weights that would blow away in the slightest wind then I suppose any old person on YouTube may do the job.But this guy johnman recommends a top channel. You can generally tell the good from the tosh and Jeff (Athlean-X) explains things very very well.0
