Best workouts on YouTube

Hello,
I want to start doing daily workouts at home with small equipment (dumbbells, yoga mat, rubber). I'm trying to find good workout videos on YouTube. Now I need beginners workouts. Can you recommend something? My goal is not to lose weight, but I want to do some daily exercises to strengthen my body. I'm working from home now, and because of it I move much less than before, so I want to increase my daily activity.

Thanks in advance!

Chloe Ting's youtube workouts are super easy to follow, and I think she does a 'beginner version' of each exercise in every video so you can choose which one to do which I found helpful.

I also recommend Chloe Ting also on youtube search for Less mills - a variety of workouts (free)
  • I recommend you check out Pure Gyms classes on You Tube; they have been running live classes Monday to Friday which are then saved in their channel so you can view them at any time. They mix things up so there is a good variety of workouts and you don’t need a lot of equipment to take part. They are taught by the same two instructors and whilst they are both good you should definitely check out the classes that are taught by Dave Cross. He is an international presenter and really knows his stuff. Hope this helps!
  • Hi, I really like BodyFit by Amy. She does a good selection of beginner workouts, many are 10/15 mins so great to fit into your day. There are allsorts from beginner cardio, abs, weights. Noticed this thread is from Nov, so hopefully you found something to suit :-)

I came across Hasfit which is an American site and consists of a couple who do all sorts of fitness routines mainly consisting of dumbbells, and floor work and you don’t need much equipment. Claudia demonstrates a more modified version, which gives you options. Absolutely excellent, with good warm up and cool down exercises. A good variety of lengths of workout as well. Highly recommend.

I really like Fitness Blender and have used Kelli and Daniel's videos for years.  They have a wide variety of videos, some with equipment, some without, have lots of beginner type ones and show modifications in all of their other videos.  They're focus is on health and building strength so not a lot of mentions about losing weight.  You can pay a little bit on their website and get access to 4 and 8 week programs that set everything out for you as their vast library can be a little overwhelming sometimes.
