what bad press they have not dealt with the Voucher and also have not contacted me despite now requesting, flight alternative booking and have read all emails and promise to call back and then do not, this is not correct, as far as the Huges post is concerned I have not been shouting maybe it looks like that but its not, In any event the advice for Southall travel here is not which I have received from Which legal so I do not accept that the information I have posted is wrong Consumers need to know where they stand and some forums like trip advisor and this particular one, seems to be heavily focused on blaming the consumer, its appears they are the same people who have listed on many websites as advisors, perhaps even work for the Likes of Southall travel - illegal scamming - is on and there are laws out these, please dont use this forum for advice as some of the people are giving wrong advice, go to the CAB or which legal and get proper advice CONSUMER BE AWARE !!

I tried to help you on the hughes thread and no one on here works for Southall thats what people always say when the advice isnt what they want to here

the fact is you cancelled your flight before the airline did so you were not entitled to a refund only a voucher, granted Southall may not have handled it very well after that

is there a reason you didnt book direct with Virgin...its always easier to get resolutions when booked direct
