I bought some walking boots on 20/10/20 which have subsequently broken (lace looped cracked and called off) I have the box and receipt however all stores are closed and the website says return to store? I’ve email but no response. Anyone got any advice or know how to contact them, I can’t find a livechat?

Theres no answer on Sportsdirect for in store purchases when shops are closed so I see twitter as only option, just create an account to see if you can get a response and close it once its sorted.
