TUI Credit Refund Form

Having an issue with TUI online form for a credit refund.It does not accept retrospective dates so it is unusable !

Took me 90 minutes back in May, just stay on hold, put it on speakerphone and go and do something else until you hear a human voice.
I suspect Monday isnt a good day to do this either, pick a midweek weekday.0 -
