Working from home tax relief

My partner is working from home but doesnt pay tax as she doesnt earn enough, can i claim tax relief instead for extra fuel costs?

I assume you're not married as you said 'partner', but if you ever do tie the knot, she'll then be able to transfer a portion of her unused tax allowance to yourself to reduce the income tax you pay.0
