Given false information before buying product!!

I was sold a side board I was getting for my parent's from face book group "crushed velvet furniture" who are trading under "furniture imports uk". I have screenshots of me asking them to confirm it was the size I wanting before paying a deposit on their website. It arrived and is not the size what I ordered, I have contacted their page website and email address but no joy in getting this returned even though I have a message saying it would be collected on 5/11/20, it wasn't and now they have blocked me from contacting them.

    Any company details?  Address?  How did you pay?  Please don't say PayPal friends and family or whatever it's called.

    Their FB page shows their trading address and full company name and they are registered as a Ltd company at Companies house. (registered since June 2018).

    I checked companies house to check that. I have emailed their page & rang them but they say they don't know crushed velvet furniture even though they admitted they had received my £50 deposit, they had my parents address where delivery was and seemed to know all about the purchase.
