Anyone with even a sniff of a payday loan isn't getting a mortgage at the moment - with Covid, criteria is already tightening up. It's probably a blessing in disguise - if you need a 1000% APR loan while buying a property you can't afford it. End of.0

It was for solicitor fees, is that right OP ?

If that means they have already exchanged, there is no way any of this can be a blessing in disguise. If the mortgage is now withdrawn between exchange and completion, the impact is significant.kris80 said:I’m waiting to complete on my mortgage.
