Has anyone else noticed that SP no longer offer any on-line records of Billing beyond 12 months ?

This only came to life when I wanted to check when last years Warm Home Payment was made !

Surely - since they don't send (any ?) hard copy bills out any longer - records of longer than 12 months should be readily available ?

If you want historic bills that aren't on the website you could try writing to them, assuming of course you've been with them for more than 12 months.

The "historic 12 months" thing looks like it changed a while back, I can see posts on the Community forums implying they've only ever had access to 12 months worth of bills as far back as three years ago.

I've been with them for 10 years +
