Woodlice and gaps between skirting boards and flooring!

We have noticed a few woodlice in our rented flat - it's actually an annexe/extension to a house and has its own entrance, it is ground floor and probably around 5 years old.
Our assumption is that they're getting in through some small gaps between the flooring and the skirting board in the living room - there are a number of such gaps and they're fairly small but big enough, I believe, for woodlice to crawl through. I've attached a couple of photos for reference
I wouldn't call it an infestation as there are never more than 3/4 woodlice in any one area and I've only really seen them in the corners of the room. I believe they die pretty quickly once they're inside.
My plan was to just get some filler/sealant with a small nozzle and apply a small layer in all of the gaps. My intention isn't to necessarily fill the whole gap so that it's flush with the skirting board but to seal the floor layer so that you can no longer see the concrete.
I was hoping someone may have some experience with similar issues and be able to suggest some advice or thoughts on my plan and any alternatives.
Thanks in advance!

you should inform the landlord and discuss anything you do in case he objects and wants to do something else.0

That laminate hasn't been fitted nicely under the skirting :-(
If you just want to block the li'l b's out, then I'd try and use something like foam strip draught excluder - the kind of stuff used along door jambs. Don't remove the adhesive tape - just use it as it is. Press it in to the gaps using something like a 2" filling knife - press it in so's it can't be seen. This way it can be removed afterwards if needed.
I wouldn't use a sealant as this will bond the skirting to the laminate and this could cause issues as the flooring expands and contracts. Also, it'll be next to impossible to remove...0 -
I was thinking along the same lines as Jeepers. Something I used to do in my old house when I had them creeping out of logs stored for the fire.Trouble is it will get dirty and look unsightly after a short while .But as it's rented you should do nothing permenant. Best to ask your landlord for something to be done. Something along the lines that you are concerned for his property as they prefer to eat rotten woods and he may have a problem. See what he/she says
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
