Hello all, I am looking for some advice on what to do next about getting my £250 back from stubhub after the event was cancelled in the first lockdown. They have been stalling since march this year and tried to escalate the complaint to the society of ticket agents (STAR) but seems that they have cancelled their membership. Many thanks for any help.

Send LBA letter before action/ claim google for templates .Followed by Small Claims court .
