Cancelled spa visit

I had booked a spa visit to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. It has been cancelled because of the lock down and the spa will not give me a refund. They state I didn’t pay for cancellation insurance so all I am entitled to is to rearrange my visit or a voucher. I would rather get my money back because I cannot be sure they will still be in business and how long the virus will be around. I paid on credit card but not sure best way to proceed. All help is appreciated!
