Engineered wood goes over a suspended wooden floor just fine.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Just a quick update on this. Damp and timber survey gave damp readings in living room, front and back halls - 20’s to 30’s and one 45 (under stairs) They stated evidence of rising damp and penetrating damp and have given me a quote of £3000 to install a full damp proof course. Survey says there is evidence of injectable damp proof course at the front of the house?? The house has been empty since February and there’s no evidence of damp on the walls, no mould etc. Should I go back to the vendor with this, they have already dropped the price from the mortgage survey.0
