I change from the fixed deal that ended 31st October solely to get one with no exit fees. Then it disappeared from the Symbio site But if I put SE03 v2 as existing into comparison site it says no exit fee?

They mess up even the simplest most straightforward things at virtually every opportunity.
Been a customer since August 2019,they've never charged the correct unit and standing charges in that time,to my advantage though so left it at that.
Started a variable tariff as per title, they messed up and billed me for their renewal quote, that was sorted and reconciled this month, still not the correct amount but still to my benefit though not as much.
Suppose the downside of rock bottom prices is rock bottom service, yes their clowns but their cheap clowns.0 -
Agree, it's the cheapness that justifies tolerating the incompetence.0

On the confirmatory email of 20 September when I opted for my new tariff, under Exit Fees it admittedly says "Not Applicable" but on my first account from them under the new tariff (from 01 11 20) it most certainly says: Exit Fee: £ 25.00 - so maybe another muck up by Symbio?
I did not get any confirmation email, but it did also say exit fees N/A on site at the time. Now tariff not showing.
As per others unable to get any response from symbio? Have you had any response?
Does anyone else with this tariff have anything, any copies received from them that can be posted re the exit fee?
As at the moment unable to provide any readings as meter has clocked over 99999 and have received estimate for 4 times actual monthly usage.
So probably not staying now.
