As per title.
Is anyone on this tariff as it does not appear on the Symbio site.

Presumed discontinued?

But unable to really find any info on it as per does it have exit fees?

    I'm on it,no exit fees.
    Mine started on 01/10/20.
    They might have pulled it.

Thanks for confirming. That's what I thought, but have £25 exit fee showing on my SE03 V2 tariff started 1st Nov. :/

The word 'variable' in this case means variable direct debit - I have this tariff and there is a £25 exit fee as Hasbeen says

I agree with this,it's not helpful though it's trying to be.

I might be wrong but fairly sure the "variable" here is that the tariff amount can be varied,as in unit price and standing charge.
Could be mistaken though dont think so,thought it best to at least raise it.

Spot on. Their naming convention is clear, with fixed or variable in the tariff name. It wouldn't surprise me if their incompetence included quoting non-existent exit fees on bills though, as they exude uselessness like it’s going out of fashion.
