Symbio Low Fair and Green Variable SE03 V2
As per title.
Is anyone on this tariff as it does not appear on the Symbio site.
Presumed discontinued?
But unable to really find any info on it as per does it have exit fees?

Thanks for confirming. That's what I thought, but have £25 exit fee showing on my SE03 V2 tariff started 1st Nov.

variable tariffs don't have exit fees0

The word 'variable' in this case means variable direct debit - I have this tariff and there is a £25 exit fee as Hasbeen says

I think something is amiss here as I'm on V2 with no exit fee showing.
You have renewed your tariff as per the details shown below:
Meter Type: Single Rate
TARIFF DETAILS:Your new tariff plan is: Low Fair and Green Variable SE03 v2 Tariff Effective From: 01 October 2020 Price Guaranteed Until: Not Applicable Exit Fees: Not Applicable 0 -
I agree with this,it's not helpful though it's trying to be.couriervanman said:people are getting confused with tariff names hereSymbio Low Fair and Green Variable SE03 V2 does not have an exit fee
I might be wrong but fairly sure the "variable" here is that the tariff amount can be varied,as in unit price and standing charge.violetta said:The word 'variable' in this case means variable direct debit - I have this tariff and there is a £25 exit fee as Hasbeen says
Could be mistaken though dont think so,thought it best to at least raise it.0 -
Spot on. Their naming convention is clear, with fixed or variable in the tariff name. It wouldn't surprise me if their incompetence included quoting non-existent exit fees on bills though, as they exude uselessness like it’s going out of fashion.rp1974 said:
