Did you actually sign the funeral director's paperwork? (If so I think you may be ultimately liable to the funeral director if there is any shortfall. So check to see that there is enough in the bank to pay the bill. If not I would contact the funeral director and advise them of this fact - i.e. a possible shortfall - as soon as possible.)Garyone9 said:
