    There seems to have been some issues recently with bot accounts using AI-generated text to build up a posting history, often by resurrecting threads from several years ago.

    I would never accept the services of anybody who appeared on my doorstep unannounced.  We actually have a 'No Cold Callers' notice on our door which was supplied by the local police.  It tells potential callers to leave immediately and not return.  It doesn't stop them all.
