Gresham on credit history

Hi all I have been looking at my credit history and have seen unsecured loan from gresham i believe it is from home insurance with barclays heres my problem its from 2012 when I was living with my ex and she dealt with all the finances my wages were paid into her account so all utilities and bills came from her account but its showing on my credit history as not paid it is in my name also is there anything I can do and who should I contact really appreciate any help thanks

No it hasn't defaulted it says its £103 but the monthly payments all have ticks by them ive looked for gresham and it came up with a few disnt know if anyone had had the same issue and found the right one to contactDeleted_User said:You should contact Gresham.

Yeah sorry it say currently open not not paid as i thought and its showing £103 but all the months for the 8 years back to 2012 except July on every year has a green tick doesnt make senseDeleted_User said:

No I was trying to give all the information I had incase it was important I dont know whats important information for this it should be in both our names as it was home insurance when we lived together so I dont know why its just in mine unless its on hers aswell with just her name I dont knowbradders1983 said:

It makes sense if it's still being paid. Speak to your ex, or cancel the policy.1

Only problem is I dont have the policy number ill ask my ex if she has the policy number still and I dont know if she's still paying it I think ill give barclays home insurance a call and see if they can give me a number0
