A political organisation that operates on a national scale and has the power and resources to rig an election in a country with 330 million people in it undertakes a mammoth counterfeiting operation and yet they fail to check the paperwork they are counterfeiting for UV watermarks?

Don't forget the sheer brilliance of said organisation with this amount of power choosing not to rig the election in Florida (the most famous swing state) and generously allowing Trump an 8-point victory in another swing state, Ohio just to make it look more 'normal'.
