TUI credit note

Took TUI credit note in May rather than a refund. TUI applied a %20 bonus for agreeing to a credit.Tried to book a holiday to Tenerife in June 2021. TUI are currently offering £250 discount if you spend £2000 or more, but i have been told all those who took a credit note will not be elligible for any money off shown on the TUI website. So be aware. Thought the Original discount was for TUI holding on to my money but not so it prohibits you from taking advantage of any other discount on ther website

Not unusual. It is normal for only one discount to be used at a time.0

You are already getting a discount as such so why should you get another?0

I think this is quiet a common practice within many sectors. The 20% given was your incentive instead of a cash refund which you were entitled to claim instead. Therefore no basis as to why you would then get a further discount because TUI aren’t daft and need money coming in.0
