Government green grant

Has anyone had an application approved? I submitted mine early October and have not nothing back. everytime I contact the government on the status they just come back with the standard response. ' unprecedented response no ETA' 
considering the deadline is end of March to get the work done I don't see how this is possible at all when the government ain't doing what is required of them.

Same, I applied for basic loft insulation on the second day the scheme opened and have heard nothing at all

apparently some quotes will start getting approved in middle of November according to the contractor. so let's see

I have a question regarding the eligibility for this scheme i.e. how is it defined whether you can get it or not?
I followed the link to their eligibility checker 
It just says 'You are Not eligible' after putting my post code in (I am a homeowner and the house is Victorian and i am living in it so meet the criteria. Don't understand how they decide, is it by area? No-one explains this and there is no explanation on the govt website either. Confused!
