Amazon prime thinks I'm abroad.

I have 6 devices that I can use to watch Amazon prime, the issue is the tv in my living room, AP reports that I'm abroad and as such I have a fraction of the available titles to watch.

I've had a look around the settings for AP on my PC and nothing untoward is leaping out. I have deregistered the device and reregistered it however this made no difference. All other tv's  and firesticks are unaffected any ideas?

Try 

        While logged in to your Amazon account in a desktop browser, go to Accounts & Lists > Your Content and Devices > Preferences and click the downwards arrow to the right of Country/Region Settings to view your current country. Hit Change and enter the new address you'd like to associate with your account.

For clarity, all devices - phones,  tv's, 3 firesticks all work as intended, it is one individual tv that is experiencing the issue (the tv is set to UK).

Make and model of TV?

Assuming you're using the Amazon Prime app on your TV, have you tried deleting and reinstalling it?
