You have missed the fact that the MP,s voted on this in the 2019 Parking bill which came into royal assent over 18 months ago , recently the public consultation finished from the Mhclg and BSI for the new CoP , expected to start in the new year , 2021SilentSheep said:

Parking scammers read this forum. It is more likely a poster will say they were driving and the scammers will take a screen-grab in addition to other unique information posted in a thread, than them having a name and address with photo' to compare it to.SilentSheep said:Hi Fruitcake and Le_Kirk,
