Where a parking warden employed the PPC has given permission to park but they later get a ticket and court claim
I am trying to get the right wording for this in legal context to explain the actions of the employee over riding any nearby signage

I'd try misrepresentation of contract.
An employee of the ppc represented to the the o/p what the sign said and what needed to be done to comply with the terms of parking, which induced you to park. But for that misrepresentation you would not have parked or would have checked the terms.
A decent legal concept, but could be a challenge to win. You'd need to put them on notice that the parking attendant is required to attend court to give evidence.5 -
