Cheap Energy Saving Club help

Hi Everyone,
Wonder if someone could help me with this? I requested an energy switch on Monday (02/11/20) from British Gas to Eon, however on Tuesday I saw the new offer from Shell Energy and now want to cancel the switch to Eon and move across to Shell instead. I cannot click on any links in the Cheap Energy Club as it states switch in progress. I've emailed them on Tuesday and still not heard anything back unfortunately.
Does anyone know how I can still switch to Shell instead of Eon - I'm within 2 weeks so can cancel the Eon account. Any help is appreciated :-)

Tell E.On you are cancelling and then join Shell either directly or via another price comparison website?I trust you've also compared (using annual kWh consumption from actual meter readings) via Citizens Advice and 'Switch with Which?', and that you've compared separate suppliers as well as dual fuel?1

Looks like using the Energy Savings Club could cost me £140! l am a low income single pensioner (not on benefits) who previously received the Warm Homes discount payment. l switched with the club to EON as it was shown to run the scheme too. However, it runs a restricted version of the scheme which requires you to be on benefits which l don't claim so the switch has lost me £140 as it stands. This fact wasn't shown before l switched and as its a Government scheme one would reasonably expect it to be the same with all the companies and for everyone! l have put in an official complaint with them after waiting hours on the phone but l am still awaiting a response. l think its very important MSE check this anomaly out asap before others fall into the same trap - it would even cost me £60 to go back to my old supplier! l would appreciate hearing from MSE about this matter. Thank you.0

Thank you.won do both the core and broader group warm front discount so if your eligible then you will be eligible with them.I pressume you get pension credit in which case you are in the core group so should get it automatically. The broader group that not all suppliers do means certain benefits and a child at home which you have to apply for. Hope this posts0
