Am I eligible for furlough?

I was asked to work at 50% of my salary at the beginning of the first lockdown in March and have been ever since. When flexible furlough was introduced, my employer said I couldn't be put on it as it would count my last pay check on payroll which said I was on a part-time contract. However I'm unsure if i actually am on a part time contract officially as my payslip says 0.5 units instead of 1 (which it would say if I was on a part-time contract and not just working reduced hours). Will i able to go on furlough or have the same problem as I did before? My employer told me I was going to be put on the new job support scheme which has now been pushed back. Can someone help me find out if I will be eligible for furlough?

You can be put on furlough whether part time or full time.0

Your furlough pay should be based on the old calculations worked out in March. See:
