Company refusing to take back faulty goods

Options
I bought some motorized blinds from 247blinds.co.uk . The motor has never worked, despite them sending me further instructions. I said I want to return them under faulty goods for distance selling. They said they'd arrange collection for a certain day. On that day, nobody arrived to collect the blinds. Since then they've refused to respond to my emails. I have no idea how to return the blinds (they're big!) and what address to return them to.
Any advice gratefully received.

Don't send them in yourself, it may only complicate things.  At least you've registered the return within the 14 days (I assume) and they have acknowledged that, so the clock isn't ticking.  How did you pay?

Thanks. I left a review on Trustpilot and the very next day I was contacted by the company who offered me a refund.
