lost PSN how do i request a new one?

hello,  please i need some sort of help, lost both security question thats i've put  with PSN number.
can i request for a new PSN through phone? can i have my security  questions reset?

You ring the national helpline and they will book you an appointment to have youre PSN reissued. This will be done via telephone and email and can take upto a week to be issued.

I don't think you can reset your security questions though.

do you know, what will be asking to Reissue PSN?     would my name/address National Number be enough    guz i dont  remember any security question.

ill ring them, but i got no access to my journal due lost/forgot my security answers, but hopefully they can sort it out, so going to jobcentre plus wont help?

If you can get into your local one then good luck and take ID with you, some are accepting drop ins and some aren't.
