Furlough pay and maternity

I have returned from maternity leave two weeks ago however I reduced my hours to part time and submitted a flexible working request as I was expecting to come back to work properly by October. This was done on a trial basis and my contract is still full time with the company. Can the company pay me on full time furlough not the part time hours as per my contract.

The company can pay you what you and it agree, subject to minimum wage. If it wants to recover what it pays you under the CJRS, it will have to look at the rules, which for November furlough we don't have yet, but it will probably be based on your pay for the last pay period before 31 October.0

My guess was wrong: for people furloughed under the original CJRS, the same basis of calculation will be used for CJRS extension. See
