Hello everyone,
I want to know if secondary glazing must be supplied and installed by a company who is FENSA registered like the ones which install double windows or this is not necessary? I want to make sure that I will not face any regulation issue when I will sell or rent my property.
Thanks

Can you not just give Fensa a quick call or email them to get an answer? Google will give you the contact details. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.1 -
Hello,
you don't need FENSA or alternative for secondary glazing.

Why are you bumping a whole load of ancient threads? This isn't helpful or good etiquette around here.GlazingAdvice said:Hello,

To be fair, not all the threads are not that old (this seems to be the oldest) and the OP has not mentioned a company name.
Has clearly done a search for threads relevant to his area of expertise and as a newbie perhaps not noticed the dates.
Calling oneself 'GlazingAdvice' is little different from many user names that indicate the poster's area of expertise.1 -

Exactly that when I read this thread. Thread caught my eye re 'Fensa' as I've had dealing with them
If I had a genuine concern about a thread and thought it was wrong/etc, rather than post about it and help the thread along, I'd simply report it and let MSE Mods decide.
Even I have brought up older threads where I've searched for info, quickly read the thread and added to it.
OP, Fensa does not cover what you refer to and please don't let a couple of posts OT put you off from asking more questions
Thank you

Yup. Post building before he starts spamming with a link to his web site. One of his first posts had a munged link which has since been removed.EssexHebridean said:
