Furlough and Holiday

Honestly the saving of holiday when tomorrow might not happen is no good. As someone with 9 months service and 8 holiday day's taken, (work colleague got good at guilt tripping me so I would release annual leave) and then evenso when the unprepared push happened to work colleague who was at one point my 'replacement' (and who managed to take 10.5 days in 4 months) leaving me now with virtually no cover when it is most needed and worse is losing it so kicking myself for thinking it was something that could always be dealt with later back in July.0
