I won a CD from Mumszone on 20 November and pm'd my details to them as requested. And I haven't heard a thing from them since. Has anyone else won from them and know if they're slow?

Congratulations! You have won the Christmas Competition - Win the exceptional debut album from Kindred Spirits! competition held at Mumszone Parents Forum. You can see a list of winners by visiting this link:

Yes unfortunately there was a delay as my FIL suffered a stroke and then subsequently passed away and I'm afraid that became my priority at the time rather than sorting out prize wins. It was very clearly stated on the site to be fair and it only took a small amount of looking to find that out. It's very disappointing that you couldn't have contacted me first rather than complaining.

Your details were actually passed on to the company concerned on the 27th November so you should be hearing from them any time.
Wins: Feb - Sam and Amanda DVD, Nanny Series, £50 Mother Day Goodies box

You only won on the 20th Nov!!!!

To be honest I allow 28 days before pursuing any win, and always try and get a response from the promoters/PR before complaining!

I'm very sorry to hear about your FIL. I was not aware of this fact. My deepest sympathies are with you and your family.

To be fair I never actually complained. I just asked for other peoples experiences. It is my first win and don't know how long these things take.

I didn't complain. I just asked others for their experiences. If you've been waiting 5 months for a car and not asked where it is then you'll probably not going to get it.
