Redundancy pay, notice, new minimum wage?

My redundancy pay has been worked out on my pre-furlough wage. Now minimum wage has gone up and on my payslips it says the higher wage. But it’s definitely the lower wage. I’ve enquired and was told that’s your gross weekly pay. No explanation.

Ive been on furlough since March, returned for a week in September, but now I’m being told my notice period will be furlough pay. Is that incorrect? I’ve read online notice should be paid in full. I have 4 weeks holiday to use (4 weeks notice period)
