The amount of weeks of redundancy you receive is dependent on the number of years you have been continuously employed, so if that was 10 full years, that would not change because your hours are reduced. Your rate of redundancy pay is based on your last 12 weeks of wages. Unpaid weeks are ignored, and weeks on furlough are treated as paid at full rate. However, as time goes on, your redundancy rate of pay will fall as more weeks at reduced hours are counted.

It will still be based on your 10 years of service, but as more weeks go by at reduced hours, the rate you get will fall, because they look at the last 12 weeks of pay. For example, if your rate of pay was £400 a week (ignoring furlough) but fell to £200 a week 4 weeks ago, and you are age 40, if you were made redundant tomorrow, your average pay would be (£400 x 8 + £200 x 4)/12 = £333.33, entitling you to £3,333.33 redundancy pay. You should also get 10 weeks' notice pay and accrued holiday if any.1
