lastminute.com - Refund Issue

Had flights to Iceland cancelled. Flights cost £277. Lastminute have given me only £60 refund.  I clicked the cash option thinking it'll take me to the next page to agree the refund but it just said thank you and threw me off!  I thought the £60 was just the admin fee refund but it seems that's everything.  I feel I've been conned here and there's nothing I can do about it.  Be warned.

If your flights have been cancelled (which airline was it ?) you are entitled to a full refund not £60 !!!
If LM are only paying £60 instigate a chargeback forthwith.

Earlier this week LM were ordered, or agreed, to refund £7 million in outstanding refunds by the CMA which appears to have much greater powers of influence than the CAA. Admittedly the CAA has asked the government for more power but as yet can only request that those regulated by it comply with the law. The agreement is 50% to be paid this month and the rest in January so hopefully the seemingly endless pleas for help are about to be answered
