Has anyone received their voucher yet. I applied on the morning on the first morning the applications opened but have been told I won't hear until 30 November?

I applied towards the end of October and apart from an email acknowledging my application, I've had nothing - Not a dicky bird! The vouchers were supposed to be available at the "beginning of November".....already it's 9th November and sadly no sign of them! Apologies that I can't be more positive!

I applied on 2nd October and received an email in confirmation of it but nothing else.  I don't know of anyone who has received the grant. Freckles44 that's good you have been told when you should hear something,  no-one seems to have received a grant and yet beginning of November has now passed by. Government is very slow in issuing these Grant's, which have to be used and installed by 31/03/21.

I have received an email saying the cost measures are too high. I am also finding it a nightmare for them to upload documents every time I send a quote though they request it in different formats even though I have already sent it in numerous formats.

The quote I first sent though that they say is too high the company insist in correct and other applications have been accepted at that price so I am not sure what to do.

I am at my wit's end too.  I applied on 30 September for a GHG for a heatpump.  I have no evidence that my application has even been looked at by an assessor, despite numerous telephone calls and follow-ups.  Like others I received an email at 9.30pm on Christmas Eve asking for more information and saying the price was higher than expected - obviously this email was auto-generated and not specific to my application.  I sent the information requested and have had no further response despite chasing.  Here we are at the end of January and the spokesman in Customer Services admitted he couldn't tell me when the application might be assessed and that the assessing company was a separate organisation and he was not allowed to have any communication with it.   Four months on, in the middle of winter and still waiting... meanwhile burning oil to stay warm.
