Hi
I was on furlough from my employer in the first lockdown and then I was placed on SSP due to a bad knee etc.
Can I ask to be placed on furlough again during the second lockdown?

I was told no last time but I took it to ACAS tribunal and they had to owe me the money!!0 -
Surprised a tribunal even looked at it, and that quickly, its always been the choice of the employer.0
