Flexi furlough rule

Hi everyone,
My partner and I have got a question that we hope you might be able to help with, up until now since flexible furlough started she has been working about 50% of her normal hours monday to Friday from about 9am to about 1pm, (normal hours 9-5.15) with the next scheme, the company says that due to this rule:
  • Claims can be for a minimum period of 7 days.
They have to have 7 days off in between their worked days, she even gives an example: say she works a full Monday and Tuesday morning, then she is off, she won't be able to work again until the following Tuesday in the afternoon, she is quite upset about it so hopefully you could shed some light on this issue,
Thank you in advance

They're wrong because they're misreading the rules.
