Flexi furlough rule

Hi everyone,
My partner and I have got a question that we hope you might be able to help with, up until now since flexible furlough started she has been working about 50% of her normal hours monday to Friday from about 9am to about 1pm, (normal hours 9-5.15) with the next scheme, the company says that due to this rule:

- Claims can be for a minimum period of 7 days.

Thank you, this is what I figured but how do we actually go to their finance manager to tell them, look i dont think is like thatis there any way where we could actually find that this is not like that?
