How often do I contact Solicitor?

Everything is ready to go apart from the Mortgage Offer with correct solicitor details on it (12 business days and counting waiting for solicitor to get the copy) and the contracts.
Solicitor said she'd send the paperwork out this week and she'd contact me before doing so. I have had my copy of the Mortgage since 13th October, and it was offered on 7th October.
With regards to the Mortgage offer both my advisor and solicitor have chased Platform but they just say they'll send it over as soon as they can as they have a backlog. I think 12 working days to change an address and send it is taking the biscuit somewhat.
I am terrified my Mortgage offer might be pulled or reduced because I'll be part furloughed for the month during lockdown. My Mortgage advisor says not to inform lender yet as she thinks I will be OK so long as lockdown ends early December, but that lenders haven't made any decisions yet on what to do, so proceed as normal for now.
I had to chase solicitor a couple of times in order for them to authorise the "third fort" ID verification app. Solicitor said she's activate the app (charged £18 for it) for me on one day, but I then waited a further two weeks before e-mailing her asking her to activate it and then she did it the next day!
Do I send another correspondence to solicitor today gently reminding her about Mortgage offer and contracts or do I give her more time. I last heard from her last Friday when she said she chased the lender and said she'd send paperwork to me this week.
I don't want to come across like I'm pestering or a hinderance, but I'm genuinely worried my chain free transaction will fall through because of lender slowness and solicitor slowness.

This is the third working day after you heard the latest update from your solicitor. You need to give the lender a chance to send the amended offer out and then your solicitor to forward papers for your signature after that. Lenders and Solicitors are extremely busy with the stamp duty deadline and reduced staff. I don't think you need to gently remind your solicitor about the mortgage offer - assuming she knows how to do her job and doesn't need you micro-managing her workflow.

What's a "third fort" ID verification app?
I will give my solicitor until the end of the week then.
Third fort is the name of the app the solicitor uses to verify my identity and check my accounts for money laundering etc.

Surely you should be chasing the mortgage broker/lender?
