Double up Nectar points have to be spent in store between 11th and 17th November on toys, electrical, clothes etc. If you don't spend them you lose them.
What happens now in lockdown. Only supposed to be essential items?

    Got this off Nectar
We are staying close to the government guidance and will review the promotion nearer the time if necessary. We'd encourage you to use the Nectar app where possible as it gives more flexibility.
    Not much help

    I got the response below.
Availability of products has not changed at all and everything is available in our stores throughout this lockdown, there are no restrictions on any products at all.
The government stance has been that people can shop if they need to just not in groups. Customers are able to visit our stores during Double Up and have the ability to use their vouchers.
I think I will check with my local store too
  • I have just rang Nectar and Sainsburys regarding next week’s double up event.  We live in what was one of the safest places to live in the country but since I have received my double up voucher cases have started escalating and have made the decision to use click n collect at Tescos.  Martin, on his show last night virtually pleaded with Sainsburys to do the right thing and delay this event.  I am sorry to report that my phone call fell upon deaf ears.  I asked to speak to somebody higher up and she said that was not possible.  I sincerely hope I do not lose my money and that in the next few days Sainsburys will make the right decision!

I suspect only the stores that have mezzanine or 1st floors where these goods are located, off the top of my head I have never been in a Sainsburys where this is the case but Tesco often do.

There are JS stores with this arrangement too - Crayford is one, I'm sure there are others.
