    I don't like how it says "opening estimate". Why can't they just use the readings i provided?
    It's pointless now asking me what they were as i can't even remember. It was October last year.


    At least that says opening read.


    It's also a strange one how no D/D was taken in March. I don't remember switching this to another bank (i have switched direct debits to cover the 2 direct debit requirement some accounts had but i'm 99.9% sure my energy one wasn't one of them). I do remember having issues with their IT system around this time.
