We have chosen a kitchen and am told it is in the process of being made. We even have a delivery date of 25/11. However we have not paid any deposit or signed any paperwork. My question is am I able to just cancel and walk away or am I somehow tied in and have to pay. Thanks

You should absolutely be forced to pay reparations for the work already carried out.

Possibly. If the kitchen company has acted without any form of contract the potential client shouldn't have to pay anything. As has been said in earlier responses, there may be a verbal contract although that may be more difficult to prove.Risteard said:owen1995 said:We have chosen a kitchen and am told it is in the process of being made. The op States be hasn't signed a contract, so it could be that there written communication like emails and quotes, just not a formal contract document that the op is expecting.TELLIT01 said:
