Already have done. The existing foundations are capable of a double storey.0

The problem with that is they are unlikely to all be quoting for the same thing.

Quite often, if you live in the warmer south and are home all day.Whether you'd want to if you live in the country near farms or water is another matter, due to the high numbers of flying insects. You don't want the swallows to start hunting in your extension!
