"Just going to dig a little bit out of the basement to make it bigger down there".... What could possibly go wrong.Just waiting to see if the local council will require the property to be rebuilt to to the same appearance before the collapse - Going to be an expensive job. Hopefully they didn't use Bodgit & Scarper Builders and they are fully insured.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
