Best way to protect your product

Options
Hi,
I'm selling custom made food which are like specialised cakes.
The name im using for them I've had trademarked.
I'm also thinking about getting the logo trademarked if thats possiable.
We started selling these items from March, an noticed on ebay one/two sellers copying the images and the name of the product.
We have informed ebay but nothing has happened, maybe it would take months to get taken down, I've read on ebay people copying sellers there is no law againest that.
We where wondering if there is any more ways of protecting our product.

Regards

  • An easy fix for the photo issue could be to watermark all your images with your website URL. Won't prevent misuse, but would warn customers.

Yes you can get your logo trademarked.  Your logo, if it is unique, at present should have some protection  under copyright law, but getting it trademarked will make it easier to take legal action if copyright is infringed.
