Hi there!djdhan said:Hi All,
Just wanted to thank you everybody and give an update.
--Thank you for submitting your parking charge appeal to POPLA
An appeal has been opened with the reference 0000000000.
Premier Park - EW have told us they do not wish to contest the appeal. This means that your appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely
POPLA Team
I’ve recently received a fine from this carpark- 32 minuets I stayed. Spent forever looking for the machine (all the others have bin bags over them?!) then going back to the car, hunting for change, change was spat out by the machine, hunted for more change in my car again spat out by the machine, I eventually gave up and parked in the village carpark up the road. Although I’m not disabled I am heavily pregnant and had my toddler with me at the time so all the going back and forwards took a bit longer than maybe someone not carrying two children around! I just wondered if you knew on what basis they decided not to fight back- I just want to see if I can get to the point so they accept my appeal rather than going back and forwards with it. Many thanks!0 -

Thanks. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
